  After what felt like a personal and quality design service was soon diluted by failings in delivery and customer service. From delivery dates to missing and or incorrect items delivered. Constant chasing from us with rare call backs and/or genuine apologies for delays and failures in service delivery. Calls to the MD generated further frustration and disappointment due to there lack of acceptance of responsibility and again chasing for responses. They were actually incredibly patronising when we asked them to attend our home to discuss. All round poor customer service. What was supposed to be a maximum 4 week project has spanned some 7 weeks with daily calls and issues. The impact on our home, work and social lives has been considerable and this was of little concern to them.
  £14000 investment on our part was met with a 'gesture of good will' of £300. Insulting and arrogant.
