  PAD student lettings provide an incredibly poor service that has caused much distress to me and former house mates over the course of our 9 month stay in the property. We endured continuous harrasment throughout our stay via letters and on the door step. They charge extortionate and unreasonable prices for everything, leaving you with no deposit at the end of your stay.
  
  Agents of PAD also believe it is acceptable to enter properties whenever they see fit, even if it is made clear they are not welcome.
  
  BE WARNED, If you rent from this company you will be left with nothing in terms of deposits and are highly likely to endure a miserable stay!
